When you consume protein, your body breaks it down into its individual components: amino acids. These amino acids can be classified as essential or non-essential. The essential amino acids need to be consumed in the diet whereas the non-essential amino acids can be made in the body (from other amino acids).

BCAAs FROM WHEY PROTEIN PREVENTS MUSCLE LOSS AND SUPPORT GROWTH.

Of the essential amino acids, three are called branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which include: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.       Hi,

      I recently bought two(2) 5 lbs tubs of Diesel Mocha Latte Cappuccino from GNC.

      The first tub I opened, the protein was AMAZING. Just absolutely amazing–I was hooked. The code on this 1st tub was 2401DLML1592, expiration date January 2027. I wanted nothing more than to have this protein every day, all the time.

      (I’ve been consuming protein since the 1990s when Wieder and a handful of other brands were the only protein around.)

      Then when that first tub run out, I opened the 2nd tub of the same protein, but with a different code and expiration date on the back: 2406DLML1708, June 2027, respectively. Now this protein was NOTHING like the previous tub. First, it had a different colour, it had a chalky colour; Second, it didn’t mix instantly as did the protein from the 1st tub; Third, when prepared, (shake in a shaker bottle with water) it shakes to a foam and stays foam; Fourth, it gave me a heartburn for 4 hours. So I had no choice but to return it back to GNC.

      My question is as follows, since I really, REALLY like this protein and the flavour, and I cannot believe that the 2nd tub is representative of the actual intended product, will you be fixing your production line, and when will that take place? That is, if I bought the same protein right now, same flavour, will it be like the 1st tub I had, or will it be like the 2nd tub which I had to return?

      This is the best, high-quality isolate on the market right now! I’ve tried several flavors now but Milk Chocolate is my personal favorite and is very tasty. I think that DIESEL is worth every penny!
