As one of the most research backed supplement on the planet I feel very comfortable taking Creatine as it has proven benefits when working out and this makes a great addition to you’re fitness regime. The Perfect Sports Pure Monohydrate Creatine powder is a great value at $30 for the tub which includes 80 servings so just $.38 per serving this one is unflavored which I prefer since you can add it into almost anything especially things like protein drinks smoothies pre or post workout drinks and so much more. This powder is a very fine white powder that blends very easily into any of the above mentioned drinks and since it’s unflavored – you can’t tell the difference. Creatine is a supplement that takes time to build up and you may not see the benefits of it right away but overtime it can provide an effective way to help build muscle increase strength and enhance you’re performance another bonus is that it’s vegan for anyone that is looking for that in a supplement.
Tried many in my lifetime and this is one of the better. Mixes very well and no taste. I’ve noticed strength gains since taking this and am very pleased with the results. The price here is comparable to the industry as well and shipping time was great. Will buy when empty.
If you’re reading this odds are good why you should begin taking Creatine in addition to your workout routine. I’m not going to try and sell you why but will speak to the quality of this brands creatine. I feel like it’s a quality brand tastes just like any other (it’s unflavoured) and has 5G creatine per small scooper. Which is fairly common among other brands. Some others I have tried offer more per scoop but have a larger scoop. Overall I have no problem with this brand and will reap the benefits of using it daily. 5/5 As always I will update my review in the future if my opinion on the product changes.
I have not tried yet in cold drinks but in a warm cup of tea I don’t even need to stir this creatine for it to completely dissolve. Other brands in the past always settled at the bottom or needed agitation to even mix in the first place. No more grainy last sip. I also love that this is made” in Canada.”
