Effective product! iLean and iPrep have been my main go-to choices for months. It’s allowed for effective weight loss and a slight edge over friends doing health challenges with me. Portable for training and traveling when I am gone for 4 months. I would love to see a caffeine vs non-caffeine option to allow more flexibility on dietary strategies without going over the max limit of caffeine per day.
Tastes good, as someone who doesn’t eat before an intensive training it has everything I need to perform.
