iPREP Pre-Workout Energy Drink Ingredient Breakdown

Image
Creatine Monohydrate
Builds Muscle
Improves Performance
Delays Fatigue
Creatine increases cellular energy levels in muscle tissue. Research has shown that taking creatine helps improve muscle growth, power output and strength development.
Image
Beta-Alanine
Improves Performance
Delays Fatigue
This amino acid combines with histidine (another amino acid) in the body to increase carnosine levels. Carnosine buffers hydrogen ions, which build up during exercise and inhibit muscular contraction. Beta-alanine has been shown to improve performance and delay fatigue during exercise.
Image
L-Citrulline
Increases Blood Flow
Improves Performance
Delays Fatigue
Research has shown that supplementing with L-Citrulline before a workout has been shown to improve training volume, reduce fatigue and decrease muscle soreness after lifting weights.
Image
L-Arginine HCl
Supresses Appetite
Carb Blocker
Fat Blocker
L-Arginine HCl is a direct precursor to nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide is a chemical messenger in the body that signals blood vessels to dilate, which then increases blood flow to the muscles. This helps with nutrient delivery to, and waste removal from, the muscles.
Image
Taurine
Cell Volumization
Hydration
Support Recovery
Taurine, a conditionally essential amino acid, acts as an osmolyte in muscle cells. Osmolytes draw water into the muscle, which increases cell volumization, muscle fullness and sends a signal to initiate the recovery process. This increase in intracellular water also helps the cell maintain proper hydration during training, which is a critical for performance.

Caffeine
Increases Energy
Boosts Mental Focus
Improves Performance
Caffeine stimulates neurotransmitter hormone release. Both of the neurotransmitters released prepare the body for the hard-training session to come. Caffeine also has been shown to increase mental focus and performance.
Image
Vitamin C
Fights Free Radicals
Improves Concentration
Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that helps fight against free radicals, which can form after exhaustive exercise. Vitamin C also has a potent anti-anxiety effect, which has been shown to improve concentration.
Image
Electrolytes
Supports Recovery
Aids Hydration
During exercise, we lose electrolytes when we sweat. Electrolytes, such as calcium, potassium and sodium, help regulate fluid balance in the body and are essential for muscular contractions. Maintaining electrolyte balance helps you perform at your best.
Image
L-Tyrosine
Adrenal Support
Boosts Mental Focus
Reduces Fatigue
Tyrosine is an amino acid that serves as a precursor to neurotransmitter hormone production. The two hormones that are produced are part of the “fight or flight” response, which drive up energy levels. Tyrosine has also been shown to increase mental focus and reduce the effects of fatigue.
Image
Synephrine HCl
Improves Performance
Synephrine has been shown to improve performance during moderate- to high-intensity weight training by increasing the number of reps performed. The result has been shown to be even better when stacked with caffeine. This combination has also been shown to reduce perceived exertion during training.

Improve Performance, Intense Focus & Energy

Variable Scoop = More Uses

iPREP provides flexibility in potency to suit your needs. Beginners and people who weigh less than 150 pounds may want to mix up half a scoop in a shaker cup before training. While those with a higher tolerance to stimulants may want to consume a full scoop before their workouts.

Effective product! iLean and iPrep have been my main go-to choices for months. It’s allowed for effective weight loss and a slight edge over friends doing health challenges with me. Portable for training and traveling when I am gone for 4 months. I would love to see a caffeine vs non-caffeine option to allow more flexibility on dietary strategies without going over the max limit of caffeine per day.

Tastes good, as someone who doesn’t eat before an intensive training it has everything I need to perform.
